DJ Baldwin - Property Maintenance for Sussex

I have 30 years experience in the building industry specialising in replacing flat roofs through to complete property refurbishments in Worthing, Arundel and Brighton. I set up my own company 16 years ago and over that time we have built up a reputation for high quality workmanship.

It was this reputation that resulted in Trading Standards contacting us when they set up the ‘Buy With Confidence’ scheme back in 2005. We were one of only two roofing companies at the press lunch and have retained our membership and support ever since.

Both myself and my colleague have been fully vetted including full criminal and background checks this exceeds the standards set by other bodies/schemes within this industry.

We have provided advice and guidance to local law enforcement agencies to tackle the problem of rogue traders within the building industry. I feel this speaks volumes about the way I run my business and how we our viewed within the local community.

We only start one project at a time working though until completion and I prefer to give a fixed price for work no matter how small the project maybe. We never fail to remember that it is your home and not a building site we take the utmost care and attention to cause as little disruption as possible.
